Summary

The Terran Mega Raxis a all-in cheese that hinges on your ability to flood the enemy base with numerous streams of marines.Its feasible against all races,and may offer decisive and swift wins if executed appropriately .

This build is all the more succesful when you steer clear of scouting,and proxy your barracks near the enemy base.

Procedures For The Build

1.At 10 supply place your supply depot

2.At 12 supply place your Barracks at your ramp’s choke point

3.At 14 supply you need to proxy another Barracks near his base

4.At 15 supply upgrade to the Orbital Command

5.Continue with another supply depot at 16 food

6.Proxy another Barracks near his base at 19 food count,this is the third Barracks

7.Continue with another depot at 21 food

8.You'll need to proxy another Barracks near his base,the fourth Barracks,do this at 24 food

9.Another depot to keep up with supply at 27 food count

10.Once you reach 33 food,place the fifth and last proxy Barracks near his base

11.At 36 supply finish the build with another supply depot

Executing The Attack

The attack commences once your 4th Barracks are executed.Yank some SCV’s from your mineral line and place them on standby within your proxy zone,there you can make a bunker outside his ramp and then try to bust thru.Once within his main,construct another bunker in the vicinity of his mineral line and micro arround his defenses ,at the same time keep constant output from your Barracks and keep a steady supply count.

Transitions

1.If you don’t sacrifice scv’s to aid the rush you can place 2 more barracks and begin expanding from there.This occurs in the event you scout his ramp with a handful of marines and feel that you won’t get past his defenses.

Its ideal if you try and keep him pressured in his main,construct some bunkers on the base of the ramp and keep a stable defense line.This gives you an edge as you freely expand.

2.You can go for huge rax build without proxy or pulling workers .Here you can fortify your base with bunkers whilst you get gas and add techlabs/reactors in your Barracks.

How To Counter Mega Rax
Scouting is the better counter to this rush.If he goes for the 4 proxy rax ,you'll be able to strike them before they come online,leaving him with only one Barracks and lost minerals.

1Terran Countering : do not rush in on his proxy if he places bunkers in close proximity to them,instead attempt to go for cloaked banshees,tanks or hellions to counter.

2.Countering as Zerg: because the mega rax rush is reliant primarily on secrecy it isn’t very feasible for the zerg,however , if he does it,the simplest way to counter is positioning spine crawlers and training speedlings.Baneling raids are also great.

3.Countering as Protoss : don’t make the error to get photon cannons ,sentries and zealots are a way to keep the ramp obstructed or separate his forces up.From there you can go for a 4 Gate push,or 1 base Colossus.
